Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. The Delivery of your product shall be governed by this Policy
Once the customer has successfully placed an order for a product on the Website, the same shall be delivered within 7 days, however this may be increased depending on the shipping address of the Customer. The order can be tracked from the ‘My Account’ section on the Website.
The Delivery shall be done by the partners of the Website and they shall work to provide you the same at the earliest.
The Customer shall not be entitled to return the product to the delivery person in the event that he/she wants to return the product. The process of return and exchange shall be governed by our return and refund policy. The Delivery shall be deemed to be completed once the delivery partner has intimated the Company that the product has been delivered successfully on the required address.
In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product then he shall have to return the product to the manufacturer, however the return shall be considered valid only if:
- The Product shipped is wrong;
- When the quantity of the product delivered is not the same as stated

- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. The cancellation request will be initiated provided the product is not shipped.
- Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the item.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help customer service team to take a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within expiry date.
Once the product is returned the price paid for the same shall be refunded. The process for the same shall be refunded once the Product has been received by us and the same has been verified by us. Once We are satisfied, the refund shall be done and the amount shall be transferred via online transfer. The process of transferring the amount shall be initiated within 2-3 days after accepting the refund request. The transfer may take up to 2 days plus time taken by the bank for transferring the amount. The Product received can also be exchanged so long as the same is processed within 3 (three) days from the day the customer has received it. The cost of the logistics in sending back the product shall be borne by the customer.
